ลูกค้ากรุณาให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหน้างาน พื้นที่ปลูก ทางเข้า จุดยก จุดวางต้นไม้ ระยะทาง ข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ และรายละเอียดอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงปลูกอย่างละเอียดและถูกต้องก่อนวันดำเนินงาน เพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถประเมินวิธีการขนส่ง ยก วาง และลงปลูกได้อย่างเหมาะสม
กรณีที่ทีมงานเดินทางไปถึงหน้างานแล้วพบว่า สภาพพื้นที่จริงมีข้อจำกัด หรือมีความจำเป็นต้องใช้อุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม เช่น รถเครน รถเฮี๊ยบ รถบรรทุกพิเศษ แผ่นเหล็กปูทาง หรืออุปกรณ์ช่วยยกอื่น ๆ ซึ่งไม่ได้รวมอยู่ในใบเสนอราคาเดิม ลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้น
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการประเมินความเหมาะสมของวิธีการลงปลูกตามสภาพหน้างานจริง เพื่อความปลอดภัยของต้นไม้ ทรัพย์สินของลูกค้า ทรัพย์สินของบริษัท และทีมงานผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
กรณีลูกค้าฝากต้นโอลีฟไว้กับบริษัท บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดูแล บำรุงรักษา ตัดแต่งกิ่ง ตัดแต่งลำต้น ให้ปุ๋ย ใช้สารป้องกันหรือกำจัดแมลง และดำเนินการดูแลต้นไม้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้เพื่อรักษาสุขภาพและความสมบูรณ์ของต้นโอลีฟในระหว่างระยะเวลาฝากดูแล
บริการ Olive Man Service เป็นบริการบำรุงรักษา ดูแล และฟื้นฟูต้นโอลีฟ เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพของต้นไม้ตามหลักการดูแลที่เหมาะสม ไม่ใช่การรับประกันตัวต้นไม้ การรอดชีวิตของต้นไม้ หรือผลลัพธ์ใด ๆ อย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง
ในกรณีที่ต้นโอลีฟมีอาการทรุดโทรม มีโรค มีแมลง มีปัญหาราก ปัญหาดิน ปัญหาระบบน้ำ หรือมีความเสียหายสะสมมาก่อนเข้ารับบริการ ผลการฟื้นฟูอาจมีข้อจำกัด และบริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันผลลัพธ์ของการฟื้นฟูได้
La Primavera Co., Ltd. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาแนวทางการดูแลและดำเนินงานตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละกรณี โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย สุขภาพของต้นไม้ และมาตรฐานการให้บริการเป็นสำคัญ
Terms, Conditions and Service Policy
Customers are requested to provide accurate and detailed information regarding the planting site, access route, lifting area, placement area, site limitations, distance, and any other relevant details prior to the scheduled service date. This information is necessary for the company to properly assess the transportation, lifting, placement, and planting method.
If, upon arrival at the site, the company’s team finds that the actual site conditions are limited or require additional equipment, such as a crane, boom truck, special truck, steel road plates, or other lifting equipment that was not included in the original quotation, the customer shall be responsible for all additional costs incurred.
The company reserves the right to assess and determine the appropriate planting method based on the actual site conditions, in order to ensure the safety of the tree, the customer’s property, the company’s property, and the working team.
For olive trees deposited with the company for temporary care or storage, the company reserves the right to maintain, prune, trim, fertilize, apply pest control treatment, and perform any necessary care procedures as deemed appropriate, without prior notice to the customer. Such actions are carried out to preserve the health and condition of the olive trees during the care or storage period.
Olive Man Service is a maintenance and care service intended to support and promote the health of olive trees through appropriate care practices. It is not a guarantee of the tree itself, the survival of the tree, or any specific result.
If an olive tree is already in a severely weakened condition, affected by disease, pests, root problems, soil problems, watering system issues, or has accumulated damage prior to receiving the service, the recovery outcome may be limited, and the company cannot guarantee the result of the restoration.
La Primavera Co., Ltd. reserves the right to determine the appropriate care method and service procedure on a case-by-case basis, with priority given to safety, tree health, and service standards.

การนำเนื้อหา รูปภาพ วิดีโอ ข้อความ โลโก้ ชื่อแบรนด์ หรือข้อมูลใด ๆ ของบริษัทไปใช้เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการของบริษัท หรือใช้เพื่อหลอกลวงลูกค้า รับชำระเงิน ติดต่อซื้อขาย หรือทำให้บุคคลทั่วไปเข้าใจผิด ถือเป็นการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า และสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบริษัท La Primavera Co., Ltd.
