In the event that a crane is required upon arrival at the worksite, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

In the case of entrusting us with the Olive tree, we reserve the right to prune branches, trim the trunk, fertilize, and use pesticides as deemed appropriate without prior notification.

Olive Man Service constitutes maintenance intended to promote the health of the olive tree; it does not constitute a warranty of the tree or of any outcome. If an olive tree is already in a severely deteriorated condition, remedial results may be limited

and no outcome can be guaranteed.
